This Privacy Policy describes how Collxables Network LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Axeddo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information in connection with the Axeddo App (the “App”).
1. Information We Collect
Axeddo collects limited information necessary to operate the App and its services.
Account Information
If you create an account, we may collect information such as your email address, username, or other information necessary to create and maintain your account.
We use this information to provide account functionality, authenticate your account, communicate with you when necessary, and provide support.
Service and Technical Information
We monitor certain information about the operation of the App and our services. This may include aggregate or operational information such as:
API request volumes;
response times and performance metrics;
error rates and error information;
service availability;
infrastructure usage; and
other information necessary to monitor and maintain the service.
This information is used to operate the service, understand overall service usage, identify technical problems, and plan for capacity and infrastructure needs.
We do not maintain detailed individual usage histories for purposes such as determining how frequently a particular user uses the App, which features that user uses, or how often that user makes purchases.
API Requests
Axeddo processes API requests as necessary to provide the functionality of the App.
We do not retain the contents of API requests for the purpose of analyzing individual user behavior or building profiles about individual users.
Some limited technical information associated with requests may be temporarily recorded by systems used to operate, secure, monitor, or troubleshoot the service. This may include information such as timestamps, request status, performance information, or other technical information generated as part of normal operation.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
Axeddo does not intentionally collect or retain information about individual users for behavioral profiling.
In particular, we do not intentionally maintain records of:
How frequently an individual user uses the App for behavioral analysis.
Which features an individual user uses for behavioral analysis.
An individual's purchasing frequency or purchasing habits.
An individual's activity across unrelated websites or applications.
Personal profiles based on App usage.
The contents of API requests for the purpose of analyzing individual user behavior.
We do not sell personal information.
This does not prevent Axeddo or its service providers from processing information that is technically necessary to operate, secure, or troubleshoot the App.
3. How We Use Information
Information that Axeddo collects or processes may be used to:
Operate and maintain the App.
Create and maintain user accounts.
Authenticate users.
Provide customer support.
Monitor service performance and reliability.
Diagnose and resolve technical problems.
Maintain security and prevent abuse.
Monitor aggregate service usage.

Our use of these tools is primarily focused on operational information, such as aggregate request volume, performance, errors, and reliability.
We do not use these tools to build detailed behavioral profiles of individual users.
If our use of a particular third-party service changes the types of personal information we collect or how we use that information, we may update this Privacy Policy accordingly.
6. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Account information may be retained for as long as an account remains active or as necessary to provide the service.

We do not intentionally retain detailed individual usage histories where they are not necessary to operate the service.

Deleting the App from your device does not necessarily delete your account or information associated with that account.
We may retain certain information after an account is deleted where necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or other legitimate purposes permitted by applicable law.
10. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children where use of the App would require parental consent under applicable law.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information to Axeddo in violation of applicable law, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.
11. Third-Party Services
The App may depend on or integrate with third-party services, including services for hosting, authentication, analytics, infrastructure, security, app distribution, and other functions.
Those services may process information in accordance with their own privacy policies and terms.
Axeddo is responsible for its own privacy practices but does not control the privacy practices of independent third-party services.

Axeddo and its service providers may process or store information in countries other than the country in which you reside.
Where required by applicable law, we will use appropriate safeguards for the transfer and processing of personal information across jurisdictions.
13. California Privacy Rights

Axeddo does not sell personal information.

14. Do Not Track
Some browsers and devices provide a “Do Not Track” or similar privacy preference.
There is not a universally accepted standard for responding to these signals, and Axeddo may not respond to all such signals.
Where required by applicable law, we will honor applicable privacy preference signals.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the App, our information practices, or applicable legal requirements.
When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
