Axeddo App Terms of Use

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Axeddo App (the “App”), which is operated by Collxables Network LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Axeddo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use the App.
1. Use of the App
You may use the App only in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
You may not:
Use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, servers, or features.
Interfere with or disrupt the operation, security, or integrity of the App.
Exploit errors, vulnerabilities, glitches, or unintended behavior for an improper purpose.
Manipulate, abuse, or interfere with digital items, memberships, coins, vouchers, trading systems, marketplace features, or other App functionality.
Use automated systems, bots, scripts, or other methods to interfere with the normal operation of the App or gain an improper advantage, except where expressly permitted by Axeddo.
Circumvent, disable, or attempt to bypass security measures, access controls, or technical restrictions.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the App, except to the extent such activity cannot legally be restricted.
Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit App content except as expressly permitted by these Terms, applicable feature rules, or applicable law.
Use the App in a manner that infringes or violates the rights of Axeddo, its partners, licensors, other users, or other third parties.
Axeddo may take reasonable action when necessary to protect the security, integrity, operation, or users of the App or to address violations of these Terms or applicable law.
2. Accounts and Profiles
Certain features of the App may require an account.
You are responsible for providing reasonably accurate account information and for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are also responsible for activity occurring through your account, except to the extent caused by Axeddo's own actions or failure to exercise reasonable care.
You may not knowingly provide false or misleading information for the purpose of impersonating another person, evading restrictions, committing fraud, or otherwise abusing the App.
Accounts are intended for the individual user to whom they are issued and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned except where expressly permitted by Axeddo.
The App may provide user profiles. Profile elements, including usernames, profile images, banners, badges, or other profile options, may be provided or controlled by Axeddo and may be subject to applicable account or feature restrictions.
If you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, you should contact Axeddo as soon as reasonably possible.
3. Digital Content and Purchases
The App may include collectible cards, memberships, coins, vouchers, digital items, and other content or features made available by Axeddo.
Digital content available through the App may be owned by Axeddo, its partners, licensors, or other rights holders.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, digital items and related content are provided under a license or other limited right of use within the Axeddo ecosystem. A purchase or other acquisition of a digital item does not transfer ownership of the underlying copyright, trademark, artwork, software, or other intellectual property associated with that item.
Axeddo intends to treat completed purchases with reasonable continuity and respect. As a general practice, Axeddo does not intend to routinely alter, rewrite, or remove previously purchased digital items merely because we later identify a typo, revise our preferences, update related content, or otherwise decide that an item could be improved.
Where a correction is appropriate, Axeddo may offer an optional correction, replacement, credit, upgrade, or other remedy within the Axeddo ecosystem.
Axeddo may nevertheless modify, restrict, replace, or remove a previously purchased digital item where reasonably necessary due to circumstances such as:
Fraud or unauthorized transactions.
Abuse or manipulation of the App.
Serious technical errors or corruption.
Security concerns.
Legal or regulatory requirements.
Intellectual property or other rights disputes.
Partner or licensing requirements.
Material circumstances affecting the integrity or operation of the App.
Other circumstances in which action is reasonably necessary to protect Axeddo, its partners, users, or the service.
Axeddo will exercise reasonable discretion in these circumstances and will seek to minimize the effect on affected users where reasonably practicable.
Where appropriate, Axeddo may provide a replacement, credit, upgrade, or other remedy within the Axeddo ecosystem. The form and amount of any remedy will depend on the circumstances and will not necessarily correspond to the original purchase price.
Nothing in this section creates an unconditional guarantee that a digital item will remain unchanged or available indefinitely, nor does it give Axeddo unrestricted discretion to modify purchased items for ordinary editorial or preference-based reasons.
4. Purchases and the Axeddo Shop
Certain digital items and other products or services may be purchased through the Axeddo Shop or through other purchase methods made available by Axeddo.
The Axeddo Shop, currently available at axeddoshop.com, is an external storefront operated by Axeddo.
Purchases made through the Axeddo Shop, including payment, delivery, redemption, refunds, failed transactions, redemption codes, and related matters, are governed by the Axeddo App – Purchase & Redemption Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Purchase & Redemption Policy is intended to govern the specific rules applicable to purchases and redemption and should be reviewed before completing a purchase.
Where applicable, separate terms or policies presented at the time of purchase may also apply.
5. Trading and Marketplace Features
The App may provide features that allow users to trade, exchange, display, organize, or otherwise interact with digital items.
The availability and functionality of these features may vary and may be subject to additional rules, restrictions, or eligibility requirements.
Axeddo may restrict or suspend trading, marketplace, exchange, or similar functionality where reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, manipulation, security concerns, technical problems, legal requirements, or other risks to the App or its users.
Users may not use trading or marketplace functionality to facilitate fraud, unauthorized transactions, manipulation, or other prohibited activity.
Unless expressly provided by Axeddo, trading or exchange of digital items does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property associated with those items.
6. Content Creation, Streaming, and Recording
The App and its content may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise expressly permitted by Axeddo.
Unless expressly permitted by Axeddo, these Terms, or applicable law, you may not commercially distribute, reproduce, publicly perform, broadcast, stream, record, capture, or otherwise redistribute substantial portions of the App or its content.
Axeddo may provide specific permissions for creators, affiliates, partners, streamers, or other users through separate written authorization, program terms, or other applicable permissions.
Any permission granted by Axeddo is limited to the scope expressly provided. Such permission does not grant ownership of Axeddo's or any third party's intellectual property.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its software, technology, interfaces, designs, branding, trademarks, logos, graphics, systems, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Axeddo and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Digital cards, artwork, characters, graphics, written content, names, logos, and other materials available through the App may be owned by Axeddo, its partners, licensors, or other rights holders.
Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, applicable feature rules, or applicable law, you may not:
Copy or reproduce protected App content.
Distribute or commercially exploit App content.
Modify or create derivative works from App content.
Remove proprietary notices or branding.
Use Axeddo trademarks or branding without permission.
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the App except where legally protected.
Use App content in a manner that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation without authorization.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Axeddo's or any third party's intellectual property to you.
8. Third-Party Services and Content
The App may use, connect to, or interact with third-party services, platforms, payment providers, hosting providers, authentication services, distribution platforms, or other third-party products.
Third-party services may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, and other rules.
Axeddo is not responsible for the independent operation, availability, policies, or practices of third-party services that Axeddo does not control.
The App may also contain or provide access to content associated with Axeddo partners, licensors, or other third parties. Such content may be subject to additional rights, restrictions, or requirements.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
Axeddo may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account or access to some or all App features when reasonably necessary to:
Enforce these Terms or other applicable rules.
Address fraud, abuse, manipulation, or unauthorized activity.
Protect the security or integrity of the App.
Comply with applicable law or legal requirements.
Protect Axeddo, its partners, users, or other third parties.
Address conduct that materially harms or threatens the App or its operation.
Where reasonably practicable, Axeddo may provide notice or an opportunity to address the issue before taking action. Axeddo may take immediate action where circumstances reasonably require it, including in cases involving serious security, fraud, abuse, legal, or operational concerns.
Suspension or termination may restrict access to account features, trading, marketplace functionality, community or social features, purchasing, catalog functionality, or other portions of the App.
Termination or suspension does not automatically mean that previously purchased digital items will be modified, rewritten, or deleted solely because an account has been terminated. Treatment of previously purchased digital items remains subject to Section 3 and the applicable Purchase & Redemption Policy, as well as any circumstances requiring action under those provisions.
Axeddo may retain information associated with an account where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or other legitimate purposes.
10. Availability and Changes to the App
Axeddo may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features of the App from time to time.
Features may be unavailable temporarily due to maintenance, technical problems, updates, security incidents, infrastructure issues, or circumstances outside Axeddo's reasonable control.
Axeddo does not guarantee that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
Changes to the App do not by themselves mean that previously purchased digital items will be altered or removed. The treatment of previously purchased digital items is addressed separately in Section 3 and the Purchase & Redemption Policy.
11. No Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the App and its features are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Axeddo does not guarantee that the App will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available, or that defects will always be corrected.
Axeddo does not make warranties or representations beyond those expressly stated in these Terms, except where a warranty or representation cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Axeddo and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, service providers, partners, and representatives from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to:
Your violation of these Terms.
Your misuse of the App.
Your violation of applicable law.
Your violation of the rights of Axeddo or another person or entity.
Fraudulent or unauthorized activity associated with your account.
Your use of the App in a manner not permitted by these Terms.
This section does not require you to indemnify a party to the extent a claim results from that party's own unlawful conduct or to the extent such indemnification is prohibited by applicable law.
13. Changes to These Terms
Axeddo may update these Terms from time to time.
When we make changes, we may update the “Last Updated” date above and may provide additional notice where required by applicable law.
If a material change requires notice or affirmative acceptance under applicable law, Axeddo will provide the notice or obtain the acceptance required by law.
Your continued use of the App after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise.
Any dispute arising from or relating to the App or these Terms will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any dispute-resolution provisions that may apply to the parties.
Nothing in this section is intended to deprive you of rights or protections that cannot legally be waived under the laws applicable to you.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any policies or terms expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement governing your use of the App.
The Axeddo App – Privacy Policy governs Axeddo's handling of information as described in that policy.
The Axeddo App – Purchase & Redemption Policy governs purchases, redemption, refunds, purchase delivery, and related matters as described in that policy.
Additional terms may apply to particular features, programs, promotions, partnerships, or services when expressly presented or incorporated by Axeddo.
If a feature-specific term expressly states that it controls over these Terms with respect to that feature, the feature-specific term will control to the extent of the conflict.
